In order to support UIC to provide high quality education and to enhance the communication between Mainland China and Hong Kong SAR students, Mr. and Mrs. Cutrupia generously endowed another scholarship with 1.28 million RMB designated for full-time UIC Hong Kong students. Sponsorship Distribution Rules
Scholarship Introduction:
Evaluation Period:Once per year;
Sponsorship Content:One first prize,20,000 RMB per person;
Three second prizes, 10,000 RMB per person.
Sponsorship Selection and Issue Date: Appreciation and election from the candidates of previous academic year be completedby the end of each November. Scholarship ceremony and payment be held in December.
Selection Process
Students can apply for the sponsorship via online application.
Submission of electronic version of UIC Mr. and Mrs. Cutrupia Scholarship (HONGKONG SAR Students application Form to Cindylu@uic.edu.cn of Four Point Education Coordination Office before 17th November 2017.
After verify the candidates information, Four Point Education Coordination Office will submit the list of qualified applications to UIC Scholarship and Economic Aid Committee to confirm their qualification at the end of November.
The Scholarship Selection Committee makes comprehensive evaluation and confirms a final elected name list, which should be reviewed by donor and the committee.

All related award documents will be filed into students’ record.
Implementation Principle
This implementation details refers to UIC current scholarship policies, is approved by UIC Scholarship and Economic Aid Committee and applies to all UIC Hong Kong students.
UIC Mr. and Mrs. Cutrupia Scholarship (HONGKONG SAR Students) is not compatible with similar types of scholarship in UIC.
Any falsification in the application will be disqualified and will be published on UIC official website.
The final selection student list of UIC Mr. and Mrs. Cutrupia Scholarship (HONGKONG SAR Students) will be evaluated and explained by UIC Scholarship and Economic Aid Committee.
